Start Up Business of the Year Award This award will be given to a company launched within the past three years and can show early success and promise for future. Small Business of the Year This award will go to a small business, of less than 50 employees, which stands out and has had a successful year. Large Business of the Year – sponsored by Novia Financial This award will go to a large business of 50 employees or more which stands out and has had a successful year. Leisure & Tourism Award – sponsored by Bath Rugby This award is for any organisation, irrespective of size, which has been successful in the leisure, tourism or hospitality sector within the Bath area in the past year. Entrepreneur of the Year This award is open to entrepreneurs who are enjoying success in building their own business in the past three years. Best Place to Work This award is for a business or organisation where employees don’t dread Monday mornings but take pride and satisfaction from their work and are rewarded for it. Financial, Professional & Legal Services Award This award is for any business, irrespective of size, which has been successful in the financial, legal and professional service sector within the Bath area in the past year. Creative Sector Business This award is for any business which has been successful in the creative sector – including but not limited to design, marketing, advertising, publishing, media and software – within the Bath area in the past year. Property Business of the Year This award is for any business, irrespective of size, which has been successful in the property sector – including but not limited to estate agents, surveyors, letting agents and property managers, developers and architects – within the Bath area in the past year.
