Air am­bu­lance to star at fire­works

Great Western Air Am­bu­lance Char­ity will be the of­fi­cial char­ity for Bath Race­course’s fire­works and bon­fire night cel­e­bra­tions. Light Up Lans­down pro­vides all round fam­ily en­ter­tain­ment, in­clud­ing fair­ground rides and other chil­dren’s en­ter­tain­ment, as well as a bon­fire and fire­works dis­play on Novem­ber 2. VIP tick­ets are on of­fer through the air am­bu­lance char­ity and buy­ing through them you’ll be sup­port­ing their life-sav­ing work and boost­ing their ap­peal to fund a new air base. A VIP ticket will give ac­cess to the GWAAC hosted roof ter­race, where you can en­joy the view and min­gle with crew, staff and vol­un­teers as well as be­ing able to step in­side a vir­tual he­li­copter and ex­pe­ri­ence the air base through vir­tual re­al­ity. Ian Can­toni, com­mu­nity fundrais­ing co­or­di­na­tor for GWAAC said: “Bath is such an iconic city and ev­ery­one loves a good bon­fire night and fire­works dis­play. We are so glad to have been cho­sen as Light Up Lans­down’s char­ity this year – come along to hear about what we do and meet some of our spe­cial­ist crew.” Adult tick­ets £5, child tick­ets £3 and fam­ily tick­ets £15 (2 adults, 2 chil­dren un­der 16).
