Sponsorship deal all tied up
Bath RFC Juniors have announced sponsorship of new match shirts by one of the world’s largest property consultancies, Knight Frank. The deal, marking the start of a new long-term relationship, provides funding for new match shirts for all age groups from under-13 to U16s. First displaying the new look were the U15 squad, winners of the Bristol Junior Combination Cup last season. Charlie Taylor, head of Knight Frank’s Bath office, said: “Rugby is a Bath sport. “We are proud to sponsor a home club and a game that not only builds physical and mental fitness and resilience, but also respect and team spirit.” Bath RFC juniors chairman Mark Donovan added: “The club needs this kind of support to thrive. “We are grateful to Knight Frank for their generosity and we are excited to see what all our age groups can achieve this season.” Bath RFC operates independently to Bath Rugby and fields around 400 players across minis, juniors and ladies’ sections. The juniors and ladies are based on the ground and clubhouse at Lambridge. All representatives and associates of the club, including coaches, grounds team and clubhouse support are volunteers and the club relies on sponsors to fund itself. New players are most welcome.
