Railway death ‘not suspicious’

The death of a person hit by a train near Bath is not being treated as suspicious.

British Transport Police were called to Trowbridge station in Wiltshire at about 11.30am on September 16, and the person was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesman for BTP said: ““The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
