An end to all our worries - when?

-

Dante believed that peace could not last in a politically divided world and Einstein called upon the UN to “create necessary conditions for the international security by laying the foundations for a real world government.

Will we ever feel truly safe and secure? The human race deals with hardship in various forms day after day and we just want realistic solutions that are long term and not just quick fixes anymore.

We yearn for international cooperation, respect for human rights and to see our planet protected.

The last year has been consumed with “Covid” concerns but we still have to address climate change, organised crime, rising inequalities, unresolved conflicts, mass displacement of people, global terrorism, infectious diseases and similar threats that do not recognise borders. The world economy is in a dangerous condition.

If the human family want to enjoy true peace and harmony we have to be united but is that realistic?

Yes, it is and it can be achieved by a government that will not require material or financial support because it is a Royal heavenly government with one Ruler/king and the subjects will be peace-loving global citizens who will not be separated by political borders, fully united and at peace.

Many books have been written during lockdown but one book that has been preserved down through time may not even have been read, left on the shelf gathering dust in some homes and considered by others as just myths, legends and good stories.

As with any book you need to start at the beginning. The Bible enlightens mankind on the past, present and future. It will be reassuring and hence it is worth giving it head and heart space surely? Sue Pilgrim
