Why is Labour Party being so spineless?

Could someone please explain to me why, if there is an energy crisis, the energy companies are making such vast profits which means they are selling huge quantities of the

same products our government is claiming we are having difficulty obtaining?

Is this yet another contrived situation like Ukraine and other events over the last five years?

Also, why is the Labour Party so spineless and useless in opposition?

When is the British public going to wake up to the fact that the Conservatives do not give a damn about the people of this country and never have.

How come, in a country as wealthy as ours, a third of children are living in poverty so extreme that even with parents in work they have to rely on foodbanks and other charities to survive?

Successive Conservative governments have decimated The State, whilst making themselves and their cronies richer.

Lower taxes mean fewer services, so the vulnerable suffer.

Are they prepared to see untold numbers of people die this winter from cold and malnutrition?

The current mess we are in is by design and is therefore reversible, but without an effective opposition that will not happen.
