Hosts Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara return with a brand-new knockout competition featuring new courses, new obstacles, and even bigger challenges. The hunt is on to find two champions, as the UK’S top female and male competitors face not only each other but also a team of professional athletes determined to beat them in head-to-head races.
stolen: catching The art Thieves Sunday, BBC2, 8pm
In June 2004, two robbers burst into Oslo’s Munch Museum and forced security guard Ingrid Christensen to the floor at gunpoint.
They stole two of Norway’s most iconic paintings, Munch’s Scream and Madonna, together worth £120m.
This new series looking at Europe’s most daring art heists, begins by showing how the museum was in shock, while the police were under pressure to get the artworks back.
However, detectives were soon working on leads provided by an
undercover cop who had infiltrated the Tvieta gang, headed by one of Norway’s most wanted men.

There have been a lot of coincidences in this drama so far, and Joe (Aidan Turner) believes that there must be something connecting them.
Unfortunately, the police don’t seem keen on finding out what it is, so he decides to launch his own investigation.
DI Ruiz and DS Devi are happy to let him start
digging, mainly because they are convinced he is linked to Catherine’s murder and want to see what his next move is. When Joe makes a breakthrough, it points to someone uncomfortably close to home.
Fake or Fortune? Tuesday, BBC1, 8pm
When art historian Ian Macdonald saw a mysterious painting depicting Christ after the crucifixion in a church in Port Glasgow, he suspected there was something special about it.
Following his death in 2021, his widow Marjorie is taking up the cause as she asks Fiona Bruce and Philip Mould to find out whether the work really is a masterpiece by one of the great painters of Northern Renaissance art.
nadiya’s everyday Baking Wednesday, BBC2, 8.30pm
Nadiya Hussain promises viewers her latest batches of loveliness are her speediest recipes yet.
Among those to look out for are a hack involving the use of filo pastry as the base for a quiche which packs a punch thanks to its paprika egg topping. There’s also something
called a Snickerdoodle, a chocolate and peanut-encrusted cookie that probably contains an entire week’s worth of calories.
The National Television awards 2022 Thursday, ITV, 8pm
Joel Dommett hosts the ceremony from the OVO Arena, Wembley. The NTAS are voted for by viewers – and for the last 20 years, they’ve picked Ant and Dec as the winners in the Best Presenter category. Could we finally get an upset as they go head to head with Alison Hammond, Graham Norton and Bradley Walsh?

Bafta-winner Daisy May Cooper of This Country fame, and Selin Hizli, whose credits include Mum and Grantchester, write and star in this new six-part comedy thriller.
Nic (Cooper) is grieving a loss she feels unable to share with anyone. To make matters worse, she’s stuck in a lifeless marriage – only her beloved son, Ollie, keeps her going. However, meeting Jen (Hizli), a newcomer in her hometown, looks set to shake things up.
