The ruling

On September 9, Bath and North East Somerset Council ruled: “The Local Authority’s determination is that PRIOR APPROVAL IS NOT REQUIRED for the above development in accordance with the application, plans and drawings submitted by you subject to the development being commenced within five years of the date of this determination.”
