Police alert in hunt for woman

The public are being warned not to approach this woman who is wanted on recall to prison.

Phillipa Bligh (inset), known as PJ, is wanted after breaching the conditions of her licence. PJ, 45, has links to Bath and the St Paul’s area of Bristol. She is described as being around 5ft 6in tall, slim with long, brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black puffed coat, dark blue/black tracksuit bottoms, white basketballstyle trainers and carrying a black holdall.

Anyone who sees PJ is warned not to approach her, but to call 999.
