Man sought for recall to prison

A man who has breached conditions of his licence is being sought by Avon and Somerset Police.

Joe Garland (inset), 35, is wanted on recall to prison after breaching conditions of his licence.

He is described as white, around 5ft 8in tall, stocky, with short blonde hair. Police said that Joe is thought to have links with Bath and Midsomer Norton.

Avon and Somerset Police have asked members of the public not to approach him if they see him in public. They have asked the public to instead call 999, or call 101 with any information.
