City firms flying high at awards by Concorde
Three Bath companies have received nods at the Tech South West Awards 2022.
Storm Consultancy, Seccl and Rocket Makers were all among the innovators mentioned at the awards, now in their fourth year, held under the wings of Concorde at Aerospace Bristol, and attended by over 300 leaders of technological businesses.
Tech innovation from across the region was in the spotlight, including farming robots, laboratory automation and subsea 3D imaging.
Bath-based software development company Storm Consultancy won Tech Company of the Year with revenues up to £5m.

Richard Godfrey, CEO of Bathbased software development company Rocketmakers, won the lifetime achievement award in recognition of his role as a successful founder and ambassador of South West tech.
According to his online biography, Richard has a wealth of technical expertise, a critical eye for usability, and blue-chip project management skills from his many years at Deloitte and Microsoft.
He has worked on projects that have become essential parts of consumers’ daily lives.
