The Swiss cheesemake­r been conducting tests to find out the impact of playing di erent types of music – Mozart, Led Zeppelin and A Tribe Called Quest – to his Emmentals. ‘My favourite cheese was that of Mozart,’ revealed chef Benjamin Luzuy when the results of the six-month experiment reached the tasting stage. The outcome leads us to ponder launching our own range of classical music-infused cheese. Who’s up for some Hector Camemberli­oz, SS Wesleydale or even Bach’s Mass in Brie Minor?
