A nostalgic feature

I loved the Derek Niemann artticle about cormorants (Thhe All Blacks, April 20017), which are fasscinating birds. The arrticle reminded me of timme shared with my laate father. When I was a student, he drove me too university by car, and evvery morning we saw a cormorant. It was either perchingp on a lamp post in the industrial complex, drying its wings or waiting for the right moment to dive. My father passed away five years ago, but every time I go to work and see a cormorant perching, it reminds me of those moments that I shared with him. This nickname has changed over time to killer whale.
