PROTECTING MARINE LIFE

Brixham Marine Conservation Day brings together over 20 organisations involved in marine conservation, education, research and tourism. A range of fascinating talks will take place on local wildlife and conservation projects and the public will be able to join a beach clean and a survey. Other events include a marine mammal rescue demonstration in Brixham harbour and a ghost (lost, dumped, abandoned) gear retrieval dive.
