FRESH FLOWERS

Keep your plants producing nectar for bees and other pollinators by removing faded blooms from bedding plants and perennials.

ON THE LOOKOUT

Young frogs, toads and hedgehogs will be beginning to emerge, so take care when mowing and strimming.

CLEAR WATER

Excess blanket weed can be a problem in ponds – deoxygenating the water and potentially harming aquatic life. Carefully remove the weed but leave it close to the pond for a while, so any wildlife can make its way back.
