Denali Alaska, USA

BBC Wildlife Magazine - - Our Wild World -

A wilderness at the heart of Alaska that features taiga forest, alpine tundra and snow-capped mountains, this national park was established in 1917. It’s famous for the highest peak in North America – ‘Denali’ is the native name for the mountain – and visitors flock to the park in summer to try and see its ‘big five’ – wolf, bear, moose, caribou and Dall sheep.
