WOODLAND WALKS: THE WOODLAND TRUST PODCAST AVAILABLE ON APPLE PODCASTS

Join urbanite guide Adam Shore as he ambles through some of Britain’s most fascinating forests, discussing their history, wildlife and local community. This podcast takes listeners from the newly seeded Heartwood forest on the outskirts of London to the ancient bows of Caledonian Pine in Western Scotland. Though his ad-lib narration can feel a little stilted, Adam meets some wonderfully knowledgeable local experts along his way, sharing both their insight and passion for woodland ecosystems. In celebration of trees and everything they stand for, this gentle exploration through climate change and re-forestation in Britain considers why woodlands remain an integral part of our lives.
