Bank seminars to give firms a cutting edge
BANK of Ireland UK has launched a new partnership with the Centre for Competitiveness to help firms improve their performance.
The bank and the centre — a not-for-profit business improvement organisation — will hold seminars to give companies advice and information on enhancing their competitiveness.
Businesses will be urged to look beyond Brexit and focus on strategies such as innovation, digitisation and the adoption of specific legal approaches to ensure they can maintain a competitive edge.
The announcement came as Bank of Ireland UK prepares for Enterprise Week, which runs from Friday, with the theme ‘helping businesses to thrive’.
Gavin Kennedy, head of business banking at Bank of Ireland UK, said the seminars were “practical and timely”.
