MARY Berry has knocked £ 150,000 off the price of her luxury Buckinghamshire mansion.
The former Great British Bake Off judge listed the former Queen Anne farmhouse in October for £ 4 million.
She and her husband Paul have lived in the Grade II listed home for three decades.
The house features three reception rooms, six bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a detached cottage and separate coach house all set in four acres of landscaped gardens.
The couple are thought to be downsizing to a four bedroom home in Henley which they bought for £ 2.6 million last year. It has a separate cottage, gym, tennis court and an indoor swimming pool.

DAVINA Mccall has doubled her money on the home she bought nine years ago with her husband Matthew Roberton.
The TV presenter has put the 17th century stone mansion up for sale for £6.25 million following the recent break down of her marriage.
The Grade Ii-listed property in the village of Wadhurst in East Sussex has six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and 38 acres of private parkland complete with water features and topiary.
There are four outbuildings – The Barn, The Cottage, The Coach House and The Lodge – providing another eight bedrooms.
The couple stand to make over £3million from the property which they bought for £ 3.2million in 2009.
