MARY Berry has knocked £ 150,000 off the price of her lux­ury Buck­ing­hamshire man­sion.

The for­mer Great Bri­tish Bake Off judge listed the for­mer Queen Anne farm­house in Oc­to­ber for £ 4 mil­lion.

She and her hus­band Paul have lived in the Grade II listed home for three decades.

The house fea­tures three re­cep­tion rooms, six be­d­rooms and five bath­rooms, plus a de­tached cot­tage and sep­a­rate coach house all set in four acres of land­scaped gar­dens.

The cou­ple are thought to be down­siz­ing to a four bed­room home in Hen­ley which they bought for £ 2.6 mil­lion last year. It has a sep­a­rate cot­tage, gym, tennis court and an in­door swim­ming pool.

DAV­INA Mccall has dou­bled her money on the home she bought nine years ago with her hus­band Matthew Rober­ton.

The TV pre­sen­ter has put the 17th cen­tury stone man­sion up for sale for £6.25 mil­lion fol­low­ing the re­cent break down of her marriage.

The Grade Ii-listed prop­erty in the vil­lage of Wad­hurst in East Sus­sex has six be­d­rooms, a swim­ming pool, a tennis court and 38 acres of pri­vate park­land com­plete with water fea­tures and top­i­ary.

There are four out­build­ings – The Barn, The Cot­tage, The Coach House and The Lodge – pro­vid­ing an­other eight be­d­rooms.

The cou­ple stand to make over £3mil­lion from the prop­erty which they bought for £ 3.2mil­lion in 2009.
