CYPRUS Avenue is one of those quiet residential Belfast streets where locals aspire to live

Made famous when Van Morrison penned a hit song about it, this leafy avenue boasts some of the city’s most attractive Victorian and Edwardian homes.

Our main feature home this week dates back to 1877 and is one of four very distinct properties on the street known as Plevna Villas.

A fine Victorian gentleman’s residence in its day, it has retained the beauty of its original architecture while being well maintained through the decades.

On pages 4 and 5 we are delighted to feature something very new for Northern Ireland in terms of quality and exclusivity.

Coralmount in Londonderry has been described as NI’S most luxurious development.

Taggart Homes has scoured the world for materials and ideas to pour into these unique properties which are finished with superb details such as silk lined carpets, outdoor fireplaces and gold chandeliers.

There are just six of these exquisite homes and already three have been snapped up.

Also on page 8 we have a lovely family home which was built just a few years ago in a tranquil rural setting on the outskirts of Crumlin village.

Inside is high spec and the house is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with plenty of room for children to play.
