The com­pany started out as a jew­eller un­der the name Ar­gento but also opened stores de­voted to Dan­ish brand Pan­dora. It has now sold 26 Pan­dora stores in Scotland and Eng­land back to Pan­dora adding £7m to prof­its. The move re­duced the num­ber of stores in NI to 26 — five Pan­dora stores and 19 Ar­gento stores. That has led to in­vest­ment in of­fices, the com­pany ex­plains: “Most re­cently, we handed over La­gan­view House to IT com­pany Teamwork from Cork af­ter a com­plete ren­o­va­tion. Other investment­s in­clude a block on Queen Street which will be re­de­vel­oped into of 50,000 square foot of Grade A of­fice, due 2023, and a 6,000 sq ft f listed of­fice premises on Lom­bard Street.”

It also spent £4m on an aqua park and wa­ter­sports re­sort, Let’s Go Hy­dro, at Knock­brackn Reser­voir in Car­ry­duff, which drew 56,000 vis­i­tors in its first year in 2018.
