Ex-Sinn Fein MP Barry McElduff to stand in council elections

-

Frank Browne: Just go away, Barry. Seeing your face making an appearance does my head in.

Terry Madill: Frank Browne, at least Barry had the decency to resign.

Fran Hill: Terry Madill, well if he resigned, then he should at least have the decency to stand down for ever.

James Alexander: Terry Madill, resigns to be allowed back a year later.

Paul Stewart: Terry Madill, told to resign.

Maire McFall: Good man, Barry.

Shek McChamois: Every circus needs its clown.

Gary Allen: No shame whatsoever.

Cathy Stevenson: Just another clown in the circus.

Ciaran Anderson: Seriously. What is he thinking?

Fran Hill: He knew what he was doing with that loaf on his head. He shouldn’t be allowed to stand again — ever.

Ciaran Adams: Are we supposed to be annoyed? Ian Paisley gets free holidays and doesn’t resign. Arlene forgets how to read, costs us hundreds of millions and doesn’t resign. Has anyone from the DUP ever resigned for doing something wrong?

Billy Allen: Ciaran, mocking

a sectarian massacre is much worse than what Ian Paisley did.

Heather Robinson: Ciaran Adams, SF were involved in RHI as well.

Maire McFall: Billy Allen, how do you know he was mocking anything?

Billy Allen: What Paisley did was wrong, but nowhere near the same as laughing at innocent victims and mocking their murders.

David McCann: Billy Allen, Barry McElduff never mocked anyone. You can go back down the years and there are literally scores of videos with him with various things on his head. The fact is that this was an ill-judged joke from a man who never even knew that it was the anniversary of Kingsmill. I bet you now that you and all the other loyalists condemning him couldn’t tell me the date of Kingsmill without first having to Google it.
