Choose one, all serve one
Apple muesli Add 45g Jordans No Added Sugar Natural Muesli with milk (from your daily allowances) to a bowl. Top with some chopped apple to serve.
Scrambled eggs Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and scramble 2 beaten eggs. Serve with baked beans and 2 slices of wholemeal toast (from a small 400g loaf), if you like.
Peachy wheats Stir some fat-free natural Greek yoghurt through 2 wholewheat biscuits and top with lots of fresh peach chunks to serve.
Breakfast omelette Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and add 2 beaten eggs. Fill the omelette with 40g reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, sliced mushrooms, or deseeded and sliced peppers fried in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray and wilted spinach. Season, then serve.
Fruit tower Fill a tall glass with sliced orange, banana, kiwi and fat-free natural yoghurt. Top with mint sprigs, if you like.
Multigrain hoops Top 40g Multigrain Cheerios with milk (from your daily allowances). Follow with a bowl of fresh strawberries.
Potato hash Fry cubed cooked or drained canned new potatoes in low-calorie cooking spray with some chopped tomato and red onion. Stir in some spinach until wilted, then season and serve with hot baked beans.
