Pop these mini dishes in the oven. There’s a nice Champagne zing, but we got more flavour from the prawns than the scallops.

Crab & Prawn Layered Terrine, £3.49 for two

Similar to crab paste but with a citrus tang; the prawn topping adds texture. It looks small on first impression, but it’s satisfying without being sickly.
