3 She says we need 45 key nutrients a day and most can be found in five summer foods that work together to improve digestion and help with fluid retention.
4 Adding foods that help flush out the body, like courgettes, watermelon and celery (which also has anti-inflammatory benefits), fibre-loaded sweet potatoes and kefir, which helps keep the digestive tract healthy, will speed up weight loss and help you feel less bloated and more toned.
5 Cut out obvious sugar (it triggers the hormone insulin to store fat around the waist) and switch to a sweetener instead.
