Sunny start Smoothie made with 1 tub nat­u­ral yo­ghurt, hand­ful fresh berries, 120ml co­conut milk. 2 slices fresh pineap­ple. Live longer lunch Seeded tor­tilla filled with 3 cooked turkey slices, 1 small av­o­cado and beef tomato sliced, 1tsp may­on­naise. Sun­set sup­per Medium salmon fil­let brushed with red pesto, grilled for 10-15 mins. Watercress, rocket and spinach salad with hand­ful pine nuts, driz­zled with olive oil and lemon.
