Lose-at-night lunch Bur­rito or tor­tilla with 3tbsp cooked prawns, wa­ter­cress and rocket leaves, chopped cherry toma­toes, 1tsp salsa. Snooze-wor­thy sup­per 1 tur­key esca­lope pan fried in 1tsp olive oil for 10-12 mins. Driz­zle with fresh le­mon juice and black pep­per. 30g cooked weight brown rice, 2tbsp each broc­coli and sweet­corn.
