This pooch has a very special job this Christmas – Santa Paws, as he’s nicknamed, is Tesco’s first official canine product tester! The Jack Russell-pug cross (real name Buster) belongs to Tesco’s pet range manager, Annika Johnson. ‘I know immediately, by virtue of a wagging tail or a loud series of barks, if a toy he plays with or a treat he tries is going to be popular with other dogs,’ she said. We know one thing for sure – Buster is popular with us!
