Calming face mask
Cranberries are for beauty, not just for Christmas! They’re packed with lactose enzymes that help dissolve dirt and grime – great for a face that’s had a lot of make-up on it. Our complexions need a gentle touch, though, so mix the berries with a base ingredient, like yoghurt, for a calming effect. Take 2tbsp cranberries, mash thoroughly, then mix with 2tbsp Greek yoghurt and 1tbsp honey. Apply to your face, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse well.
