Calm­ing face mask


Cran­ber­ries are for beauty, not just for Christ­mas! They’re packed with lac­tose en­zymes that help dis­solve dirt and grime – great for a face that’s had a lot of make-up on it. Our com­plex­ions need a gen­tle touch, though, so mix the berries with a base in­gre­di­ent, like yo­ghurt, for a calm­ing ef­fect. Take 2tbsp cran­ber­ries, mash thor­oughly, then mix with 2tbsp Greek yo­ghurt and 1tbsp honey. Ap­ply to your face, leave for 10 min­utes, then rinse well.
