Make sure you have a healthy snack nearby.’ Carrot sticks give you a sugar kick with very few calories! Watch emotional triggers, too: fill your life to keep your mind off food. Catch the Sewing Bee bug, learn a new language or take up a sport to keep you motivated. l Break habits like eating while watching TV.
