Gino D’Acampo, the flamboyant new host of rebooted gameshow talks family, TV and famous friendships…
Gino, congrats on the new gig – were you a big fan of Family Fortunes?
Yes, I used to watch it when Les Dennis presented it. I also appeared on a celebrity version about 10 years ago, with Vernon Kay. My family was against Michelle Keegan’s family. They totally kicked our ass. I couldn’t even understand the questions!

Are you an embarrassing dad then?
I’m an embarrassing human being! At least, that’s what Jessica says. But no, I don’t think I embarrass my kids. I do talk to everyone, drink, dance, get a bit merry. Sometimes, I forget they’re my children, and say something I shouldn’t!
Do you give your boys any relationship advice?
I was talking to them recently about this. I like to spend time surrounded by women, because I find them more interesting than men. They asked me what my big tip is – I said, ‘Let them talk. And
