LooseWomen’s Ruth Langsford was left less than delighted, when she discovered on-air where she ranked in a poll of… ‘unlikely’ celebrity crushes!
The presenter, 61, looked quite irritated when fellow panellist Coleen Nolan announced that the show’s anchor had made the Buzz Bingo list.
‘Am I? Of celebrity crushes? I’ve never been on those lists. “Unlikely”? Seriously, “unlikely”? Rude!’
A highly amused Coleen Nolan reckoned Ruth should be taking her inclusion on the list as a compliment, saying: ‘I’m laughing now, but when I saw it I was actually jealous. I don’t even get on the list of unlikely crushes so every credit.’
best columnist Ruth asked: ‘ What does “unlikely” mean?’ and Coleen replied, ‘I don’t know, quite shocking, I suppose unlikely that someone would have a crush on you.’
The other co-hosts stifled their laughter, as Frankie Bridge blurted, ‘Don’t sugar-coat it Coleen… That’s so mean!’
Oh dear.

Loose lady Denise Welch also made it on the list, coming eighth with five per cent!
Meanwhile, fans are delighted that Ruth and her co-presenter hubby, Eamonn Holmes, will return to This Morning next week, to co-host for seven weeks this Summer, as Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby disappear for their annual break.
The popular pair previously presented every Friday, but were replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary in January. ‘I’m looking forward to it.’ said Ruth. Who knows, with her and Eamonn on our screens for seven weeks, maybe he will also be on an ‘unlikely crushes’ list by September!
