Slim, agile and unmistakably KTM

The new 790 is slim. You naturally slide into the slimmest point of the hourglass shape formed by tank and seat. To manage a 14-litre tank, the fuel cap is humped high up, with prongs that carry the 790 logo. The handlebar is raked backwards only slightly, and you need to lean a bit to control the substantial switchgear buttons well. It’s a pitched-forward, positive riding position for shorter riders, though a pointy pillion seat might irritate taller riders who like to sit a bit further back. However, the overall sensation is of an unmistakably agile machine.
