Harley hiccup

Your retro test last month failed to mention the most important point about the Harley Street Rod thing: its footpegs are not sprung. Therefore when you pull away, and your turn-up snags the peg (which it always does), you then flounder about trying to find a peg which is folded up. Jesus it’s annoying. I only went for a 30 minute test ride but had to spend the next week doing deep breathing exercises. Nice motor though. Steve Burrows, Crewe
