BIKE (UK)

Down but not out

-

I am 21 and currently training for my A2 licence. Yesterday I managed to lose my instructor coming off of the A127 heading towards Billericay, Essex. I panicked, stalled my bike on a slip road to a roundabout, and then came off. The radio to my instructor had cut out and my bike was down. A few cars drove past me and didn’t stop then a bearded man on a matt black Ducati Diavel pulled up, came over to my bike and picked it up. He asked if I was okay, told me not to worry and calm down because everyone comes off their bike at some stage. He then asked where I was meant to be heading and when I replied Billericay he just said, ‘follow me’. Past the roundabout and on the next road we reached my instructor. Just goes to show how nice bikers are. Olivia Kemp, email
