On 1 June, 2013 Todd left his job as a commercial artist to pursue his passion for travel photography. His plan was to ride his Shovelhead across the USA, documenting his adventures. Seven days before departure – on the night of 14 June, 2013 – both his parents were killed in a car crash somewhere in Reed Springs, Missouri. One week later, having buried the ‘two greatest people’ in his life, Todd fired up his Harley-davidson and left his adopted Seattle home for who knows what.
