ABS was an optional extra on the ST and it’s a good system. It may take a little longer to find the right bike but it is worth spending the time to find an ABS equipped example. Buy a bike with the extras you want already fitted: buying and fitting them retrospectively is always a costly way to do it, and not money wisely spent. To reduce the engine’s annoying vibrations, fit heavier bar end weights as soon as possible.
