Heard of the brand Five? I hadn’t either but Race FX are now the o cial UK importer for the French glove makers and they have the answer to my winter glove conundrum. I’d like warm waterproof gloves that are thin enough to feel the controls. They must be waterproof but with summer glove levels of protection. These WFX Techs deliver on all counts and more. The double cu system that tucks under jacket sleeves, and gives more protection from the elements, is a nice touch. Especially the large red tab that helps ‚tting while wearing the other glove. I would still love more armour on the cu but for that you can upgrade to Five’s MFX Max versions. No leaks yet but winter is imminent.
