I never met a Forcefield product I didn’t like. Until now. I like technical kit that looks technical and these surely do. But the innovative bit I can’t get along with. Knitted pockets are meant to aid compression, massaging the skin for superior comfort. Except they don’t. They’re lumpy and irritating. They’re the least comfy baselayers I’ve used, and when it’s right next to your skin for the whole ride, it needs to feel invisible. Flat seams? Good. Engineered lumps? Not so much.
