Bimotatesi2d
Just look at it. Evolved from Bimota’s original Tesi 1D, the 2D of the early 2000s was unfaired to fully show off the engineering in its ‘omega’ frame and hub-centre steering. And it works too: the separate load paths for the suspension, brake and steering forces mean the agility of a 250cc sportsbike yet with utter stability and total composure over bumps. Made for Bimota by Vyrus (which was set up by ex-bimota staff), just 250 examples of the 992cc Ducati-powered Tesi 2D were made – and only three in this black and carbon scheme. It’s only done 1500 miles.
