2011 Triumph Rocket 3 £8900 The second generation bikes get more power and a streetfighterish look. Weight is up though, to 367kg wet. This one has done 5340 miles and looks like a sensible used buy.

2017 Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster £11,995 The last of the second generation bikes and more refined and with fewer niggles than earlier models. Most Rockets are pampered, have full service histories and don’t rack up miles.
