» Seen the electric land-speed bike with the venturi effect reducing drag (Bike, Sept ’21)? The firm behind it have applied the theory to this. Based on Yamaha’s Tricity 300, they’ve added an electric motor to make it hybrid and knocked a ‘V-duct’ hole through the core. Being developed with Northants Police, they hope it’ll hit the road in the middle of this year.
