New skootr race series

London will host the first round of the new eskootr race series, where 65mph electric scoots scrap on custom-made tracks in warehouses and down closed roads. Aimed at yoofs, there are serious names behind it – Le Mans winner Alex Wurz is an organiser and the scooters are built in conjunction with Williams Advanced Engineering (partners in Triumph’s electric bike project).
