GRID REFERENCE: SD 478 738 POST CODE: LA5 9RZ HOW TO GET THERE: From the south, exit the M6 at Junction 35. Join the A6 and head south into Carnforth, taking the right turn at the traffic lights signed for Warton. Follow through the remaining part of Carnforth until Warton is approached taking the first left signed for Silverdale. Follow on and before crossing the railway line turn left onto a rough track parallel to the drain coming out of Leighton Moss. From the north. Take junction 36 and join the A6 following on passed Milnthorpe until you see a sign for Yealand Redmayne. Follow the signs for Leighton Moss passing the entrance to the reserve, taking two lefts and cross the railway line taking the first right WHERE TO PARK:

A large car park is under the railway bridge on your left. Bridge unsuitable for high-sided vehicles TERRAIN: The tracks/footpaths are all limestone hardcore other than the main road.
