HIGHLIGHTS: A Lesser Yellowlegs was at Myroe, Co Londonderr­y (23rd), and three White-rumped Sandpipers were seen together there (25th). Two separate Great White Egrets were seen, one at Lough Beg (12th), and one at Lower Lough Erne (26th). A Ring-necked Duck was recorded on Upper Lough Erne (16th). A high count of 63 Slavonian Grebes was seen at Myroe (25th). A Storm Petrel was seen in Dargan Bay, Belfast (16th). A Sabine’s Gull was at St John’s Point, Co.down (6th). A few Marsh Harriers were seen, one at Oxford Island, one at the Portmore Lough RSPB reserve and another on Upper Lough Erne. A Waxwing was in a garden feeding in Bangor (25th).
