HIGHLIGHTS: Two Firecrests were on the Streetly side of Sutton Park, with a probable Yellow-browed Warbler there. A Black Redstart remained in Stirchley, with another on Hagley Road, near Birmingham city centre. Four Crossbills were on Barr Beacon. Great White Egrets were at Marsh Lane, Olton Reservoir, Sandwell Valley and Stubbers Green. Caspian Gulls were at Bartley Reservoir. A Red Kite was at Marsh Lane. Eleven Jack Snipe and 60 Snipe were in the RSPB marsh, Sandwell Valley.

Cetti’s Warblers were at Marsh Lane, Sheepwash Urban Park and Sandwell Valley. A Pink-footed Goose returned to Edgbaston Reservoir. Four Woodcocks were in Sandwell Valley with singles in Sutton Park and a Dudley garden. A Short-eared Owl was at Blythe Valley, Solihull. Several Stonechats remained in Sutton Park.
