With their long wings, fluttering flight and lengthy antennae, caddisflie­s resemble certain micromoths. All the more so, indeed, given that caddisflie­s’ nocturnal habits and attraction to light means that they often rest cheek-by-jowl with moths on egg-trays inside traps. This common, relatively large species is Cinnamon Sedge.
