Business Awards 2016 shortlists revealed...

AN IMPRESSIVE list of 38 companies have been shortliste­d for 12 awards at BPBA 2016.

Judges are still deciding which companies have made it to the final for the remaining 13th category – Creative Communicat­ions & Digital Business of the Year.

Our awards celebrate the cream of the crop of businesses in the city.

Previous winners have been honoured for their stunning entrepre- neurial triumphs which have helped our city to thrive.

This year’s shortlist remarkable businesses features leaving judges ahead.

The overall winners will be announced at the BPBA 2016 gala ceremony at ICC Birmingham on Thursday, October 26.

Birmingham Post editor in chief Marc Reeves said: “This is a fantastic achievemen­t for some of Birmingham’s most inspiring and hard working businesses and organisati­ons.

“I wish them good luck for the night and look forward to congratula­ting the overall winners for each category.”

BPBA has grown in popularity to with tough decisions become one of the most important events in the region’s profession­al calendar with 650 in attendance last year and a record number of entries from more than 100 businesses.

TV personalit­y Dominic Holland and ITV weather presenter Emma Jesson will host this year’s ceremony.

Tickets cost £100 +VAT per ticket or £1,000+VAT for a table of 10 and include a Champagne reception and three-course sit down meal.
