Raft of appointmen­ts at law firm

LAW firm Hogan Lovells has boosted its team in Birmingham with five new hires.

Real estate senior associate Sarah Alldrit has joined from Gowling WLG, where she spent 18 years advising investors, developers, corporate occupiers and retail tenants.

A specialist in landlord and tenant matters, she has particular expertise in asset management and advised on pre-lets at the Resorts World com- plex in Solihull. Associate Sarina Mann joins the finance practice, having qualified locally at Hawkins Hatton, while legal adviser Amy Dunn brings experience in real estate disputes.

Making up the new faces are trainees Katherine Wood and Vicki Kooner. Michael Gallimore, partner and head of the Birmingham office, said: “We are investing in Birmingham, with a new office and new recruits to support our growth plans. I am pleased to see that the combinatio­n of our distinctiv­e culture and great work for global clients is attracting high-calibre profession­als at all stages of their careers.”

Hogan Lovells opened its Birmingham office in 2015 and now has 70 staff at its base in The Colmore Building. In January, it will to a new office in the same building, taking the whole of the eighth floor.
