City office given new name in £4m revamp
ABIRMINGHAM office building has been renamed as part of a £4 million renovation of the complex.
Nine Brindleyplace is now called Oozells Building in a nod to the square which it overlooks.
London-based Artemis Interiors has also been appointed as delivery partner to carry out the project which will see upgrades delivered across both its interior and exterior spaces.
The refurbishment programme will see upgrades to the building’s interior spaces, including vacant offices suites and common areas, along with the main reception where the entrance will be repositioned and new furniture added.
Externally, the Oozells Building will receive new cladding, lighting and signage, and both the first floor courtyard, accessed from Oozells Square, and private fourth floor roof terrace will be developed for occupiers with new planters and seating.
Work is due to be completed during the early part of 2018.
